Nick Mackie

CEO

Mr. Mackie has been professionally involved in the modular building industry since 1989, where he founded and operated multiple modular construction and leasing companies. Under Nick’s leadership, his businesses experienced high levels of growth and established themselves as industry leading enterprises eventually resulting in them being acquired by strategic competitors. As CEO, Nick is responsible for the development and execution of ABS Modular’s corporate strategy.

Luke Mackie

President

As President, Mr. Mackie brings over 9 years of commercial modular construction experience to the team. He supports the accounting and operations department through various strategic and managerial avenues. Prior to founding ABS Modular, Luke led a modular construction operations department, where he was responsible for projects totaling approximately $50 million per year.

Ben Foster

Vice President of Sales

With over 8 years of construction services experience, Ben plays a vital role in ensuring the right products and services are provided to ABS Modular’s customers. Focusing primarily on custom permanent and temporary modular solutions, Mr. Foster works with large general contractors and on federal government contracts. Prior to joining ABS Modular, Ben managed territorial business development producing over $60M+ in total value.

Dylan Hughes

VP of Operations & Design 

Mr. Hughes joined ABS Modular with over 10 years experience in design, engineering, and project management in the modular construction industry. Dylan is responsible for the successful completion of numerous projects totaling over $500M+ at his current and previous roles. Known for his strategic approach and attention to detail, Dylan provides vital support to his team and customers as he leads the operations and design department at ABS Modular.

Jeff Mackie

Director of Mobile Leasing 

Jeff Mackie has been in the construction service industry for the last 15 years, principally by owning and operating his company located in Dallas TX. Jeff’s industry knowledge combined with his operational experience adds institutional expertise to the ABS Modular team.

Jeff’s prior experience began in 2008 as a small site services operator, that at the time, had 800 portable restroom units on rent. By 2017, the company had expanded from its base in Dallas to Houston, Austin and all of Oklahoma with more than 13,000 assets in its fleet. The company was sold in 2017 to a fortune 500 company. Jeff joined ABS Modular in 2025 to grow its mobile office leasing footprint.
